Jeremiah Skow is the creator of Spectre Wallets.  After dealing with annoyances brought on by the traditional leather wallet and having little luck finding a product that was minimalist and yet convenient, Skow decided to design his own wallet.  

In 2013, Skow patented his design and officially formed Spectre Wallets.  In 2015, a Kickstarter campaign helped him distribute the first version of the wallet and also provided an opportunity for additional research and customer feedback.
